Step 1: Submit Online Application and Required Admission Documents

The first step is to complete our online application form. Be sure to include all required documents to ensure a smooth evaluation process. Required documents may include:
  • A completed online application form
  • Copy of your passport
  • Academic transcripts or certificates from previous schools
  • Financial documents
  • Statement of purpose (optional but encouraged) Once submitted, our admissions team will review your application promptly.

Step 2: Admission Decision Made

After we receive your application and supporting documents, our admissions team will evaluate your eligibility based on academic qualifications and other criteria. You will receive an official admission decision via email. If accepted, you will receive an admission packet outlining the next steps, including important deadlines and instructions.

Step 3: Request Transfer from Current School or Apply for Change of Status

If you are transferring from another school:
  • Work with your current institution to submit a transfer request for your SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System) record. Ensure the transfer release date is confirmed with our Designated School Official (DSO).

If you are applying for a change of status:
  • Complete the necessary forms and provide any supporting documents as outlined by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Our team can guide you through this process if needed.

Step 4: Attend Orientation Meeting

Utility / Housing Bills Once your transfer or change of status request is approved, you will be invited to attend an orientation meeting. This meeting is designed to help you:
  • Understand the academic policies and expectations
  • Get familiar with your class schedule and campus resources
  • Meet with staff, faculty, and fellow students
Orientation is a crucial step to ensure your smooth transition into our academic community.

Step 5: Attend the New Classes

Congratulations! You’re now ready to begin your journey at New Vision Institute. Attend your classes, meet your professors, and start engaging in your coursework. Our faculty and staff are here to support you every step of the way as you work toward achieving your academic and career goals.
